This was originally a cast iron recipe that my dad made growing up. It has always been a favorite. Changed some of the recipe due to allergies and preference and it is now a new favorite of mine. Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds extra lean ground beef
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 1/4 tsp celery salt, OR johnnys sea salt seasoning
  4. 1 TB garlic
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper
  7. 29 oz tomato sauce
  8. 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  9. 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  10. 1 bag (12 ounces) gf rotini
  11. 2 cups beef stock

Directions

  1. In a a deep pot on medium heat, cook beef and onion till browned (about 10 mins).
  2. Season with ingredients #3-6.
  3. Pour in the remaining ingredients & simmer on medium temp till noodles are soft (about 25 mins).
  4. Serve hot & enjoy!!
