Ingredients

  1. 1 1/3 cups non-dairy milk + 2 TB lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix together and let sit for 1-3 mins or till it becomes thicker and curdles.
  2. Use immediately or store in fridge in airtight container up to 1 week
